Route Launch and Market Entry Support
PMT Group supports airlines entering Southeast and Eastern European markets for the first time — assessing demand, building trade awareness before the first flight, and carrying the route through its first season.
Before launch.
Market assessment based on what the trade is actually booking rather than what the schedule data suggests: which agencies control volume, where the corporate demand sits, what the competitive set is really selling, and what the realistic ramp looks like.
At launch.
Trade engagement in advance of the on-sale date — agency briefings, training, and the relationship work that determines whether a new route appears in recommendations from week one or week twelve. Distribution set up and verified before the first booking, not after the first complaint.
After launch.
A new route's first two seasons decide whether it survives. We report weekly through the ramp, flag underperformance early enough to respond, and adjust trade focus as the booking curve reveals where demand actually is.
What this is not.
We don't do consumer advertising, PR, or destination marketing. Route launch here means trade and distribution readiness. Airlines needing a consumer campaign should run one alongside — it's a different discipline and we'd rather say so than sell it badly.
