PMT Group represents flydubai in twelve markets and Emirates in ten, across a region running from the Adriatic to the Black Sea. We operate six offices — Belgrade, Bucharest, Sofia, Sarajevo, Zagreb and Tirana — with a resident sales executive in Ljubljana. Around twenty people, all based in the region they sell.
Structured by market, not by map.
Most regional GSAs run a single office and travel. We don't. Each market is owned by a specific team, in the same time zone, working in the local trade environment rather than visiting it quarterly.
Where a market doesn't carry its own office, it is covered by the nearest one — Moldova from Bucharest, North Macedonia and Montenegro from Belgrade, Greece and Kosovo from Tirana. We'd rather state that plainly than imply a presence we don't have.

For an airline, the alternative to this is twelve separate commercial relationships, twelve contracts, and twelve reporting formats. We consolidate that into one — without consolidating the sales presence into one capital, which is where most regional representation quietly falls down.
