Our mandate is passenger sales representation. In practice:

• Trade sales. Direct relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, and corporate travel managers across all twelve markets, maintained by people who visit them.
• Distribution. Fares loaded and maintained, GDS availability monitored, booking issues resolved without escalating to Dubai.
• Agency support. Training on flydubai's products and booking tools, plus first-line support for schedule changes, reissues, and irregular operations.
• Market intelligence. Regular reporting on demand, competitor activity, and pricing pressure in each market, fed back to the airline's commercial team.
