We file and maintain published and negotiated fares for our markets, keep them aligned with the airline's pricing strategy, and flag when local competitive conditions have moved against them. When a market needs a tactical response, we raise it with evidence rather than anecdote.
GDS and availability.
We monitor availability and display across the GDSs the trade actually uses in each market, and we catch the failures that quietly cost bookings — a fare that didn't load, a schedule change that didn't propagate, a display that ranks below a competitor for reasons that are fixable.
Booking resolution.
Reissues, involuntary changes, schedule disruption, group requests. An agency with a stuck booking needs an answer in the next hour, not the next working day in another time zone. Our teams resolve what they can directly and escalate what they can't, with context attached.
Settlement.
Support for agency settlement, BSP queries, and reconciliation — the administrative layer that consumes disproportionate airline time when it is run remotely.
